and performances including beautiful dancers and talented artists from around the world.

First insertion is to be ‘paid in full’ upon signature, with the balance of the contract to be paid in equal instalments over the life of the contract, unless the publisher has approved other payment arrangements in advance. All rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are quoted at ‘gross cost’ for 4 colour-process ads. Rates also include ‘colour separation charges’. Colour separations remain the property of LVH MEDIA. Add ($950.00) for ‘Ad set-up’. ‘Art charges’ includes 2 scans (1 photo or art image/and 1 logo scan). Additional scans are $200.00 each.
